You will be required to submit identification documents including a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP) or passport, proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie verification photo. Your account will remain in a restricted state until verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify wd333 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain adequate security.
All information provided during registration must match the name on your government-issued identification and your banking or e-wallet accounts. Deposits and withdrawals will only be processed to and from accounts bearing your verified name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
wd333 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other major banks) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. All deposits must originate from an account in your own name. Deposits from third parties, shared accounts, or business accounts will be rejected and returned.
Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours. E-wallet deposits are usually instant but may take up to 10 minutes during peak periods. wd333 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered and verified in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks and may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity is detected.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes for bank transfers and 2-10 minutes for e-wallets, subject to verification and security checks. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security screening. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier status. We reserve the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at wd333's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the terms of each promotion before opting in.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 1x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
wd333 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, and any other actions that exploit promotional offers. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.
While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 10,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and all associated winnings. Certain games may be restricted from bonus play. Withdrawing before completing wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by the player or the platform. wd333 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games, which represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these terms: using automated betting software or bots; exploiting software bugs or errors; colluding with other players; engaging in chip dumping or other forms of fraud; using inside information to gain unfair advantage; participating in money laundering activities; and any other conduct that undermines fair play or the integrity of the platform.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result recognized by the relevant governing body. For football matches (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues), regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) is the standard settlement basis unless otherwise specified. Live betting odds are subject to change without notice based on match developments. wd333 reserves the right to void bets if irregularities are detected, including match-fixing, incorrect odds, or technical errors.
In the event of any dispute regarding game results, bet settlement, or account transactions, wd333's decision is final. All game and transaction records are maintained for a minimum of 90 days and may be reviewed in case of disputes. Players must report disputes within 14 days of the disputed event.
While wd333 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network outages, or force majeure events may temporarily prevent access to services. wd333 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
The platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. wd333 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the services at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wd333, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wd333's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for maintaining a dormant account balance. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
wd333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any bonus balances will be forfeited. We will return any real money balance remaining in your account, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to wd333.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from 6 months to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be prevented from accessing your account or creating new accounts. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the specified duration. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and standards applicable to online gaming operators. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of wd333 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact wd333 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
wd333 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
